We (Veronica and Dylan) believe in the value of our small firm to help guide you through the complex and expensive process of designing and building.

 

FAD LLC is a full service design firm with a passion in helping to design and build interesting, durable, and energy efficient projects that improve the neighborhoods we live and work in. We are excited to work with any budget and at any scale from a bathroom renovation, to a home office addition, to a multi unit apartment building in the heart of downtown.

 

We each graduated with a professional architecture degree from the Virginia Tech School of Architecture and Design in the heart of the Great Recession. Resourceful by necessity, we moved to Seattle for five great years to work in a variety of construction, fabrication, and multi-family design firms before starting FAD in 2017 and moving back to the South.
